The clinic is located in in the Medical Office Building on the third floor, exit left off the elevator.   Ancillary services provided by the Perry laboratory, radiology and medical rehabilitation departments are convenient and close to the clinic. Dr. Frank Minardi


Dr. Minardi attended the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, Midwestern University in Chicago, IL where he received his Doctor of Osteopathy and where he also completed a rotating internship and his residency in Orthopedic Surgery. He is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Minardi is employed by Perry Memorial Hospital.




Dr. Van a certified American Board of Orthopedics Surgeon is also a member of the North American Spine Society, Fellow of the American Orthopedic Surgeons, American Medical Association, and a Diplomat on the National Board of Medical Examiners. He received his undergraduate from Northwestern University, Chicago and graduated from Rush Medical University, Chicago. While at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center Dr. Van was a spine surgeon fellow and completed his surgical internship and residency. Dr. Van is employed by Perry Memorial Hospital.
